Drivers License (MVR)

Employers Responsibility
According to the courts, an employer is negligent when hiring drivers without checking records. Commercial drivers (CDL), or employees sent on errands, whether in company or private vehicles, the company is legally exposed. A Moving Violation Report (MVR), utilizing the driver's license number, provides a 3-7 year history of an individual's driving performance.

Information needed for MVR report:

  • Your full name as it appears on your driver's license.
  • Driver's license number
  • Date of birth
  • Complete mailing address

Driving record checks are nationwide (where permitted by law) and include:

  • Accidents
  • Traffic Violations
  • Drug or Alcohol Related Convictions
  • Address
  • License Status
  • Driver's Physical Description
