Nationwide Expanded Drug Testing
Laboratory testing includes collection of the sample, transport to the laboratory, EMIT analysis, GC/MS confirmation by a SAMHSA-certified laboratory and a test review by a Medical Review Officer, if required.
Additional Tests:
- Ecstasy Testing (MDA: MDEA: MDMA)
- Hydrocodone (Lortab, Vicodin)
- LSD (Lysergic Acid Diethylamide)
- Tryptamines (Psilocybin, AMT, DMT, DPT, 5-MeO-DiPT)
- Inhalents (Toluene, Xylene, Benzene)
Fingernail Analysis: Fingernails, like hair, are made of the protein keratin. Results of a fingernail sample will represent drug use that is approximately 4-5 months from the time of ingestion. Fingernails can be clipped, or, if length does not allow, can be shaved in a safe and pain-free sample collection.
Saliva Drug Testing: Oral fluid-based drug tests can generally detect use during the previous few days. Saliva or oral fluid based drug tests are becoming more prevalent because of their convenience and the fact that they can not be adulterated.
